3.5 Mobile Information and SMS Consent

 

ABFI LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or transfer mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, text-message consent records, or messaging-program participation information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers only when reasonably necessary to provide support services such as customer service, appointment scheduling, website operation, communication technology, and message delivery.

Those service providers may use mobile information only to perform services on behalf of ABFI
