Financial ClarityHow much of your accounting system do you actually trust?
This six-question check is not a financial audit and it does not score your business. It helps surface where execution, oversight, coordination, or reporting may be creating avoidable uncertainty.
How often do you see a complete, reconciled monthly financial report?
When a number looks wrong, do you know who owns the resolution?
Are bank, credit card, loan, and merchant balances routinely reconciled?
How does your CPA receive the records needed for tax preparation?
Do payroll activity and the accounting records stay aligned?
Can leadership use the reports for planning without first verifying the numbers?
Not more reports. Better confidence in the system behind them.
Financial clarity comes from current records, reconciled balances, defined ownership, disciplined review, organized handoffs, and reporting that leadership can use without first becoming the quality-control department. If the check surfaced gaps, the right first step may be ongoing bookkeeping, controller oversight, a clean-up, or a broader Client Accounting Management structure.

Questions about the Diagnostic
What the check is, what the full report is, and what ABFI does not do.
What is the Business Accounting Diagnostic?
A review of your own books that ends in a written report: what the owner believes, what the records support, eight findings with evidence and the amount involved, and a 90-day roadmap. The sample reports below show the format on fictional companies.
Is the six-question check an audit?
No. It does not score your business or give an assurance opinion. It surfaces where execution, oversight, coordination, or reporting may be creating avoidable uncertainty.
Does ABFI prepare taxes?
No. ABFI does not provide tax preparation or CPA services. Independent CPAs are engaged directly by the client.
